Q: Do you offer custom orders?
A: Yes, we offer custom orders for a variety of events including birthday parties, family reunions, church events, baby showers, corporate events, weddings, sports teams, fundraisers, and more.
Q: How do I place a custom order?
A: You can place a custom order by filling out our custom order form by clicking here. Where you can provide the details of your design, shirt preferences, and any additional information, and we’ll get back to you with a quote.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: Yes, for bulk orders, there is a minimum of 15 shirts. For single custom shirts, there is no minimum.
Q: Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
A: Yes, we offer tiered discounts for bulk orders:

10% off for orders of 15-24 shirts

15% off for orders of 25-49 shirts.

20% off for orders of 50 or more shirts.
Q: How long does it take to complete an order?
A: Standard orders (less than 15 shirts) typically take 5-7 business days (not including shipping) to complete after the deposit is received. Bulk orders or more complex designs may take longer, but we will provide an estimated completion date.
Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does a custom shirt cost?
A: Pricing depends on the quantity, design complexity, and shirt style. Once we receive your order details, we’ll provide a personalized quote.
Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: Yes, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to begin processing custom and bulk orders. The remaining balance is due upon completion.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
Design Details
Q: Can I upload my own design or logo?
A: Absolutely! You can upload your design on our custom order form. If you don’t have a design, we can help create one for you.
Q: What kind of designs can you print?
A: We can print text, logos, Bible verses, quotes, or images. Let us know what you have in mind, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.
Q: Can I see a proof of my design before production?
A: Yes, we can provide a design proof upon request. Please note that production will not begin until the proof is approved.
Shipping & Pickup
Q: Do you offer pickup?
A: Yes, we offer pickup. We are located in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Q: Do you offer shipping?
A: Yes, we offer shipping to all 50 states. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the order and destination. We’ll include shipping costs in your quote.
Q: Can I track my shipped order?
A: Yes, once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number.
Q: How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A: Once your order i shipped, it typically takes 3-5 business days for delivery via USPS, barring any unforeseen delays.
Q: What should I do if my package is lost or stolen?
A: Once your order has been shipped and is in transit, we are no longer responsible for the packages. For any issues with lost, stolen, or delayed packages please contact USPS directly for assistance.
Refunds and Cancellations
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled before production begins. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel. Once production starts, the deposit is non-refundable.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve it.
Care Instructions
Q: How should I care for my shirt?
A: We recommend washing your shirt inside out in cold water and air drying or tumble drying on low. Avoid ironing directly on the design.
