- Bulk orders or more complex designs may take longer but we will provide an estimated completion date
- Rushed orders are available upon request and will require an additional fee.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
- Shipping costs vary depending on the size of. the order and destination. We"ll include shipping costs in your quote.
3. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- You can track your order status directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.
4. Shipping Destinations
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
5. Delivery Issues
- Once a tracking number is provided and the package has been entered into the carriers system, Wise and Gentle Kingdom is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting the carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues.
- If the tracking number indicates "Shipping Label Created, Carrier Awaiting Item" for more than 3 business days after shipment, please contact us via wiseandgentle@gmail.com. We will quickly address and resolve the issue.
- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete to avoid delivery issues.
6. Holiday Shipping
- During peak holiday seasons, please allow for additional processing and shipping time. We will notify you of any significant delays.
