    - Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

   

2. Non-Returnable Items

   - Once products are opened or used, they are not eligible for return or refund.

   - For hygiene and safety reasons, apparel and tumblers cannot be returned once worn and/or used.

 

3. Return Process

   - Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.

   - Approved returns will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back.

 

4. Refunds

   - Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Shipping Costs
